初晨，來自阿里山石棹，是承襲中興製茶多年製茶經驗所延伸出的茶品牌。
我們專注於阿里山高山茶，包含阿里山烏龍茶、金萱茶與紅茶。
從茶園管理、茶菁採收、製茶、烘焙到銷售，皆由自家團隊親自參與把關。
初晨採自產自銷方式，讓每一批茶葉都有清楚來源，也讓顧客能更安心地了解手中的茶從哪裡來。
初晨所在的茶廠，是阿里山少見，甚至是唯一能看見茶園與櫻花樹共生景色的茶廠。
茶樹沿著山坡生長，櫻花在茶園之間盛開。
花期時來到阿里山石棹，不只可以賞櫻，也能坐下來品一杯當季阿里山茶，感受茶香、花景與山林氣息交織的美好。
我們相信，茶不只是飲品，更是土地、季節與製茶經驗共同留下的味道。
阿里山的氣候、溫度、濕度與茶菁狀態，每一季都不盡相同，也讓每一批阿里山高山茶展現出不同的香氣、茶湯厚度與回甘。

每一季茶完成後，我們會透過實際試茶與嚴格篩選，挑選香氣乾淨、口感圓潤、尾韻穩定的批次，再分享給顧客。
我們堅持茶葉來源清楚，不添加香精與人工香料，讓茶湯呈現阿里山高山茶原本的自然香氣與乾淨風味。

About Chu Chen
Chu Chen comes from Shizhuo, Alishan.
It is a tea brand built upon the long-standing tea-making experience of Zhongxing Tea.
We specialize in Alishan high mountain tea, including Alishan oolong tea, Jinxuan tea, and black tea.
From tea garden management and tea leaf harvesting to tea making, roasting, and sales, every step is personally handled and checked by our own team.
Through our self-grown, self-produced, and self-sold approach, each batch of tea has a clear source, allowing customers to better understand where their tea comes from.
The tea factory where Chu Chen is located is one of the rare places in Alishan, and perhaps even the only one, where tea gardens and cherry blossom trees grow side by side.
Tea trees follow the mountain slopes, while cherry blossoms bloom among the tea fields.
During blossom season in Shizhuo, Alishan, visitors can enjoy the cherry blossoms and sit down with a cup of seasonal Alishan tea, surrounded by tea aroma, flowers, and the quiet beauty of the mountains.
We believe tea is more than a drink.
It is the taste of the land, the seasons, and the experience of tea making.
In Alishan, the climate, temperature, humidity, and condition of the tea leaves vary from season to season, allowing each batch of Alishan high mountain tea to develop its own aroma, body, and lingering sweetness.

After each season’s tea is completed, we carefully taste and select the batches with clean aromas, a smooth and rounded mouthfeel, and a stable finish before sharing them with our customers.
